October Local Social

Calling all folks between the ages of 14-29 in Waterloo Region! Come to our October Local Social for a Halloween party. If you want a sober space to eat some candy, watch a movie, make a ghost craft, and talk sexual health—then this is the event for you!

This month, we will be celebrating Halloween in a calm space where we can be in community with others who are interested in all things sexual health. Costumes are encouraged or you are welcome to wear whatever makes you most comfortable.

We will have some sexual health crafts, colouring, and you are welcome to bring your current project.

Snacks will always be free! Please feel free to share any dietary restrictions or preferences and we'll do our best to accommodate!

Local Socials are a part of YSHAG, our Youth Sexual Health Action Group. These events are run by Doin' It, a local and inclusive sexual health resource for youth. Doin' It operates as a part of Thrive HIV Prevention & Support (formerly ACCKWA).
