October Labyrinth Walk Mini-Retreat

Join me for a potent, silent walk in the beautiful labyrinth at Sticks and Stones Farm in Newtown, CT.

• Gathering: We’ll meet at the Stone Barn at 12:00 Noon (please arrive by 11:55).
• Introduction: We will begin with a grounding practice and guidance on walking the labyrinth and sacred silence.
• The Walk: We’ll walk together to the labyrinth (a short, flat trail through the woods) and then each take our own turn through its winding path.
• Closing: Back at the barn, we’ll close with a facilitated sharing circle—speak if you feel moved, or simply witness in silence.

Why Walk the Labyrinth?

The labyrinth in its wooded setting is an invitation to pause, remember who you truly are, and reconnect with what matters most. Silence may feel challenging, but you’ll find it supported and held here.

What to Bring

• Dress for the weather (layers encouraged).

• Hiking boots or sturdy shoes (trails may be muddy).

• An openness to silence and presence.
