October Half Term Holiday Camp 2024 - Cobham, Surrey

October's Themes 2024

We are holding 4 x dates at Cobham Village Hall, Lushington Drive, Cobham, Surrey KT11 2LU which has plenty of free parking spaces.

(the road to the hall is opposite the car park entrance to Waitrose.)

• Tuesday 29th - Taylor Swift Party
• Wednesday 30th - Witches and Wizards
• Thursday 31st - Fairy Sarah's Halloween Ball

*Although we are exempt from registration, please note we have worked with OFSTED Surrey regulator Hayley Kiely and we are clear to run our camps*.

The themed sessions are led by lead children's entertainers, who are also professionally trained and working actors of the Toadstool Team. The highly experienced team are supported by qualified nursery nurses and teachers, who are first aid trained and all have enchanced DBS checks.

These are days are for both boys and girls aged 4-8.

Please note we are unable to welcome children under 4, even if they are a few days away from their birthday.

If your child has any SEN requirements, please get in touch before booking to discuss.

Each day runs from 10am - 3pm and please check which venue your tickets are for.

Our aim is to encourage children's confidence through the Performing Arts, something we have done for years with our themed parties, previous camps and workshops.

If you book more than one day, it will be different from the rest, so children can expect a variety of age appropriate themed games, magic shows, dancing games, treasure hunts and craft.

We aim to ensure everyone feels welcome and at ease, growing their confidence within the group, trying something new and we find it works brilliantly to be in one ig group with a variety of ages.

We ask every child to bring a morning snack, packed lunch and a labelled water bottle.

*Please note we are unable to guarantee certain entertainers on all listed days.

Once you have booked your tickets, a few days before your event, you will receive an email about what to bring and any extra info. (Please check spam mail too.)

Please note we are not able to issue any refunds via this site, so please check the details carefully before booking.

Swaps within the camp (if possible) will incur a £10 admin charge per booking.

We also take pictures and short videos at our camps for social media, promotion purposes and YouTube, so if you'd prefer your child to not be featured, please do let us know upon booking.
