Come and experience a beautiful sound meditation, where you are awakened to your senses and connect with your body and mind. The session will include a heart connection and setting of intention.
The use of voice to connect with the soul, and various spiritual and ancient instruments are played to put you into a deep meditative state.
Sound meditation has many benefits, including calming the mind, better sleep quality, and calming anxiety and the nervous system.
Homemade Indian tea is provided at the end of the session to re-energise you and bring you back, giving you time to reflect.
We provide yoga mats, eye pillows, and bolsters, you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring a pillow, blanket, and water. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier to set up and get yourself comfortable.
