The full moon is the brightest phase of the moon, when the moon and sun are on opposite sides of the Earth. It's a time to let go of habits, bad situations, and focus on healing! October’s full moon is known as “hunter moon" because it marked the beginning of hunting season and viewed as a signal for hunters to begin preparing for the approaching cold. Join us for an evening of:
🌕CACAO CEREMONY
- Pure chocolate drink from Guatemala. Cacao contains compounds like theobromine and serotonin, which can contribute to a sense of well-being and relaxation.
🌕 OPEN THE FOUR DIRECTIONS VIA DRUMMING
-This symbolic act signifies a connection to the natural world creating a sacred space for gathering by acknowledging the balance and interconnectedness of all aspects of life represented by each direction!
🌕 DRUM REPETITIVELY TOGETHER
-Repetitive drumming can stimulate the brain in many ways including releasing endorphins, increased brainwave production, increased dopamine & serotonin improved motor skills and more!

-Having someone drum over your body can be beneficial because it utilizes the power of rhythm and vibration to promote relaxation, stress reduction, pain management, emotional release, and a sense of connection with one's body, potentially aiding in overall well-being!
🌕RELAX WITH A GUIDED MEDITATION AND SOUND BATH
-Guided meditation and sound baths can help you relax, reduce stress, and improve your mood. They can also help you sleep better, focus more clearly, and feel more energized!
🌕 RELEASING CEREMONY
-A releasing ceremony is a ritualistic practice designed to help you symbolically let go of negative emotions, experiences, or patterns that no longer serve you. This creates space for personal growth and positive change!
