HALLOWEEN SPECIAL POLICY
* $40 and $50 tattoos must be paid in full at the time of booking.
* $100 custom designs require a $60 non-refundable deposit.
* No walk-ins. Pre-booking is required.
* The last day to book any October special is October 23rd.
* All specials are for October appointments only.
* All Halloween special tattoos must be completed by October 31st.
* Appointments are first come, first served.
