Join us for First Fridays in Starland – every first Friday of the month from 5 - 9PM! Featuring Exhibition Receptions; Open Studios with our ON::View Artist-in-Residence, Incubator Artist, and Studio Members; and extended hours in our shop!
October's First Friday will also feature the Sulfur Street Fair!
The Sulfur Street Fair is a semiannual community event hosted by ARTS Southeast, taking place on October 2, from 5 - 9 PM, in conjunction with First Fridays in Starland. It will be hosted on 39th St, between Bull Street and De Soto Ave, and features local vendors, live painters, and live music!
October First Friday Festivities will also include:
The Opening Reception in The Ellis Gallery for a group photography exhibition
The Closing Reception for "Figure/Ground," a Group Supporter Exhibition in The Supporter Gallery
ON::View Artist Residency Project Finale with Sonya Yong James, our September ON::View Artist-in-Residence
Open Studios with our downstairs studio members, including our Incubator Artist Nathaniel Thompson.
And extended hours in Studio Books, and art book bookstore!
