The October Erie Torch Club Meeting will be on Wednesday October 1 at the Erie Yacht Club. Cash bar at 6 PM and dinner at 6:30 PM.
$30 per meal cash or check made out to the Erie Yacht Club payable at the door. Deadline for reservations and choice of entree is 5 PM Friday, September 26. A reminder that no shows for dinner will be billed for the cost of the meal.
Our dinner will be a choice of two entrees, either Beef Stroganoff with Cavatappi Pasta or Salmon with Rosemary Orange Sauce, with Pear and Goat Cheese Salad, Garlic & Herb Roasted Red Potatoes,Green Beans Almondine, German Chocolate Cake, with rolls and butter, tea and coffee.
Our speaker is RJ Zonna
RJ is a single father of two girls and has been a Millcreek Township resident for nearly a quarter of a century. As a seasoned professional in both public and non-profit organizations, R.J. Zonna is dedicated to the economic success and improved living conditions in northwestern PA. With extensive experience as an Auditor II for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, he has ensured the integrity of municipal records and the proper administration of vital funds including PENNDOT’s Liquid Fuels Tax Fund. His previous role as Senior VP at United Way of Erie County saw him lead a record-breaking fundraising campaign, raising over $80 million and enhancing contributor loyalty by over 20%. Armed with a Master's in Health Service Administration and a Bachelor's in Communications, he has leveraged his skills in research, analysis, and strategic marketing to drive impactful change helping to create a brighter future for our region.
