Have you been longing for a creative outlet? A chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, unplug for a while, and enjoy making something with your own hands?
Come slow down, connect with other creatives, and experience the joy of making.
Join me for a fun and encouraging 4-week beginner sewing course designed for teens ages 15-17 with little or no sewing experience. Whether you've never touched a sewing machine or it's been years since you've sewn, you'll learn the essential skills needed to sew with confidence.
With class sizes limited to just 4 students, you'll receive plenty of individual guidance in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Beginner Sewing for Teens 15-17 Years Old: 4-Day Intensive - Eventbrite will not show all four days at registration, but it is a 4 session class. (Exact Address of home studio is given upon registration and is near T.L. Hanna High School.)

Throughout the course, you'll learn how to safely use a sewing machine, understand basic sewing techniques and create projects you can proudly use every day.
By the end of the course, you'll have completed:

• Pressing for professional results
• Understanding seam allowances
• Topstitching
• Reading and following simple sewing instructions
• Building confidence with every stitch
Every student receives a Leslie Ann Studios workbook to use during class and take home for future reference.

- Age requirement: Participants must be between the ages of 15 and 17. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and provide emergency contact information.
- Photography: Occasionally, photos may be taken during class for Leslie Ann Studios' website and social media. Students who prefer not to be photographed are welcome to let me know before class begins.
