In October we’re featuring Loren Kiyoshi Dempster.
Loren Kiyoshi Dempster joyfully plays around the Fox Valley area with the bands Gold Standard, Kiyoshi Warriors, and Metamorphosis using a combination of cello, voice, ukulele, and electronics. He performed cello with Gold Standard during the 2026 Mile of Music, and has performed in such venues as Gibson Music Hall, Appleton Beer Factory and the 602 Club. Dempster teaches as a guest artist at Renaissance High School for the Arts and as an Instructor at Lawrence University.
So come support local art and small business with a selection of drinks and treats to enjoy while being entertained ☕️
All community members are welcome to attend, and all types of performance artists are encouraged to sign up ahead for a slot here - tiny.cc/Oct26Mic - to claim your spot! 😎 If spots are still open, folks can also sign up in person the night of the event.
