The darker months are hard for me and for many of you too, so take an hour out with me to soothe your senses and relax, find joy in the dark and create our own light ✨
Take an hour out for yourself and sink into your mat as we practice guided mindfulness, breathing techniques and a guided relaxation through visualisation.
No experience required just a deep need to relax and recharge and connect.
