Have A Cow began as an extension of Steve and Lisa St. Pierre’s cattle farm in Owensville, bringing a bit of the farm into the city through food, coffee, and community. The farm has since changed ownership, but it continues to supply the St. Louis café. Today, the Lafayette Avenue location carries that farm-to-city spirit forward with breakfast and lunch, coffee, an urban farm store, gathering space, and a patio with a waterfall.
