Guest Speaker: Stanley Meador, FBI Special Agent in Charge, Richmond

In March 2021, Stanley M. Meador assumed the role as Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Richmond Division. He came to that position after serving as Chief of Staff for the Deputy Director. Prior to his role as Chief of Staff, SAC Meador served as Assistant Special Agent in Charge, Philadelphia Division. There he led the division's largest branch, Administrative and Special Operations, overseeing 12 programs including crisis management.

SAC Meador entered on duty with the FBI as a special agent in 2002 and holds a bachelor's degree from Roanoke College, Salem, Virginia and a master's from The American University in Washington, D.C. Prior to his employment with the FBI, SAC Meador served as a Special Agent for the Virginia Department of Alcohol Beverage Control for over five years. SAC Meador was the recipient of a Declaration of Valor for his response to the Pentagon during 9/11.

The presentation will include an overview of FBI Richmond’s various threat priorities with
emphasis on public and private sector partnerships.
