Volunteers, Partners, & Sponsors,If you joined us for our very first Winter Coat and Clothing Giveaway on October 18, 2025 — or helped during the two days prior with organizing, sorting, setting up, or serving on the bin-emptying crew — we want to hear from you.
We will be in the Family Life Center - Cafeteria from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
We’ve already received some wonderful feedback, and now it’s time to gather more. As we prepare to kick off the 2026 season with two FREE clothing giveaway events, your input will help us make this outreach ministry even better. Our volunteers are truly the glue that holds this program together, and we value your experience and ideas.
We invite you to join us for a Lessons Learned Meeting to share your thoughts and suggestions.
Here are a few areas we’d love feedback on:
• How we can make the giveaway process run smoother
• Event setup, sorting, and organization
• The volunteer experience, training, and communication
• The shopping experience for guests
• Any safety or security concerns
• Any additional ideas for future events
If you wish to bring something to share, feel free to do so, but it is not required to attend. We simply wanted to include a little fellowship time as well. Please be sure to follow the discussion area of the event for upcoming and important information, including sign-ups and updates.
