ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Join visionary artist Stefan Lucas Allen for an immersive workshop that blends meditation, breath, and art-making into a flow state of inspiration. Together we’ll begin with a guided breathwork practice and drum-led inner journey, designed to center awareness and open the creative channel.
From this grounded space, you’ll be introduced to one of the most overlooked yet essential skills in visual art: composition and thumbnail sketching. Through a live demo and drawing session, Stefan will share simple yet powerful tools for capturing the essence of your vision quickly and effectively—skills that both beginners and seasoned artists can integrate into their creative process.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The class includes:
- Composition & thumbnailing demo/lecture with optional draw-along
- Guided breathwork & inner journey meditation
- Journaling & sketchbooking to capture insights
- Sharing circle for participant reflections
- Closing integration meditation
No experience is required. Beginners will discover accessible techniques for deepening creativity, while experienced artists will walk away with fresh approaches to composition that can transform their work.
All materials are provided, though you’re encouraged to bring your own sketchbook and favorite drawing tools. Please dress comfortably; yoga mats and meditation pillows will be available.
