Expressive and Mindful Art uses art-making as a means of self-reflection, expression and exploration; which can lead to increased self-esteem and personal empowerment.
This session will be held weekly on Sunday's starting September 28th thru November 9th. There will be no session on Sunday, October 12th for the holiday weekend. Each session is $40. The art sessions will begin promptly at 3:00pm until 4:00pm.
