About this Event
The Winter Best Practices Workshops aim to help personnel from municipalities and public works facilities implement industry accepted Best Management Practices (BMPs) to reduce the amount of salt they use in snow fighting operations and to address NPDES Permit Requirements. Certificates of Attendance will be provided upon request.
The Salt Smart Collaborative will be conducting the Winter Best Practices for Public Roads Workshop. This is an in-person workshop that will take place at Village of Orland Park Civic Center at 14750 S. Ravinia Ave, Orland Park, IL, 60462.
The workshop will begin at 8 AM. Full breakfast is provided and will begin at 7:30 AM. Certificates of Attendance will be provided upon request.
