In this session, we will focus on OCHOS forward and backward with regular pivot and over pivot, ensuring that we control our hip to prevent it from dropping.
We will also persist in refining fundamental aspects like foot positioning, balance, posture, axis, turns, elegance, connection, movement, dissociation, and ornaments.
