Come immerse yourself in a restorative evening of healing and relaxation with Selenia. This Ocean of Holy Love Sound Journey is designed to help you release stress and recharge your mind, body, and spirit. We'll begin with gentle breathwork and a grounding visualization to center ourselves in this present moment. Selenia will then guide you into the Ocean of Holy Love, a partially guided Holy Fire Reiki Meditation that purifies, heals, and empowers. Once immersed in this serene energy, the Sound Bath will begin.As a special gift, there will be a Holy Fire Reiki grid where you can leave your name on a piece of paper and Selenia will send distant Holy Fire Reiki to you for an entire week.
Using a variety of instruments–including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, a drum, Lemurian tuning forks, tingshas, and koshi wind chimes–Selenia creates an intuitive soundscape designed to deepen your healing experience. Her voice will also flow through the session with soothing tones, and chants, making each journey unique and personal.
This is an opportunity to let go of tension, reconnect with your inner peace, align yourself with joy, and receive extra healing for the whole week. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, journal, and anything else to keep you cozy and warm.

About Selenia
Selenia, the founder of Healing with Selenia LLC, is a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master and Certified Sound Healer. She has been a Reiki practitioner for 8 years, a Master for 6 years, and became certified in Sound Healing through Singing for your Wild Soul in the spring of last year after 8 months of immersive training. Since then, Selenia has taken more Sound Healing courses through the Shift Network with renowned Sound Healer David Gibson to be able to bring an even more unique experience to her sessions and events. Selenia weaves the gentle yet powerful practice of Reiki into her sound healing sessions and sound journeys, offering a holistic approach that balances, harmonizes, and restores mind, body, and spirit.
