Relax into a guided body scan, followed by the ethereal and timeless sounds of gongs, chimes, crystal and bronze singing bowls.Join Michelle as she creates a sacred container of relaxing sounds that support the body’s natural healing processes. Dip into alpha, theta, and delta brain wave states as sound and vibration wash over you. Enter into expanded awareness as you ride the waves of sound with ocean disk, drumming, and crystal bowls. We will experience breath work and a brief guided meditation in this reiki infused session. No experience necessary, beginners are welcome! Comfort is key: •Bring a thick yoga mat, a neck pillow, and thin blanket for comfort
This is a hot yoga studio, dress in layers, although the heat is not on there is no air conditioning.
Doors close promptly at 7:00pm
