Ocean Elements: A Half-Day Sound and Nature Journey with Jess Griffin of Sacred Soul Sound Healing Join us on Friday, August 21st, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. for a half-day immersive experience where the ocean meets sound and stillness.
We’ll set sail from Island Harbor Marina ~Marker 26 (123 Orange St, Palm Harbor, FL) aboard a comfortable 15-seat, pontoon boat, but we’re limiting this event to just 10 participants for an exclusive, spacious experience.
As we cruise across the sparkling Gulf waters to the secluded paradise of Three Rookers Island, you’ll reconnect with nature’s elements~🌊 sugar-white sands, turquoise shallows, and a tropical vibe sand bar🌴
After time for shelling, swimming, and free exploration, we’ll gather for a guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle yin yoga, integrating movement, as we ground into this coastal sanctuary.
Then, we will settle in for our 45 minute ocean sound bath with your choice of floating in the sea in a hammock float (provided), laying on the sand bar or sitting under the shade canopy inside our vessel.
During the ocean sound bath, you’ll be fully immersed in the ocean’s healing frequencies along with the sound healing vibrations from the 432 Hz quartz crystal bowls.
Afterward, we’ll share tropical fruit skewers, time for socializing, and connecting with like-minded souls~basking in the beauty of Mother Nature.

Vessel: A 15-seat 25 foot Bennington Tritoon pontoon boat, but we’re limiting this event to just 10 participants for a luxurious, intimate space Captain: Brice Griffin, my partner, will be at the helm ensuring safe navigation
What to bring: * Reusable water bottle * Swimsuit * Towel * A change of clothes * Sun hat and sunglasses * Sunscreen * If you’d like, bring a waterproof phone case for capturing the magic—don’t forget to tag me!
Note: This event is suitable for those comfortable in the water; no prior experience is necessary.
All guests participate at their own risk.
Itinerary: * Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early * Meet in the parking lot; we will guide you to the dock * Board the pontoon boat; we depart sharply at 2:00 p.m. * 25 minutes to cruise to Three Rookers Island * Free time: 45 minutes for shelling, swimming, exploration * Guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle yin yoga (15 minutes) * Ocean sound bath (45 minutes) * Tropical fruit skewers and social time (25 minutes) * Return cruise to the marina (25 minutes)

In that case, you may choose to attend the rescheduled rain date event or receive a full refund. Otherwise, all sales are final and non-refundable.
