Folly Beach is serving as a collection site for Operation Christmas Child and volunteers are needed! We need 2 volunteers to serve during Collection week each 2-hour shift. On Monday, November 24, we need several volunteers to help load the U-haul with shoeboxes around Noon.
What’s expected of a volunteer - During a volunteer’s 2-hour shift they will collect shoeboxes from the community as they are dropped off to our church (this includes churches and individuals).
This year’s Collection dates & times are listed below.
Monday November 17; 6:00-8:00pm
Tuesday November 18; 6:00-8:00pm
Wednesday November 19; 3:00-5:00pm
Thursday November 20; 11:00am-1:00pm
Friday November 21; 4:30-6:30 pm
Saturday November 22; 11:00am -1:00pm
Sunday November 23; 2:30-4:30 pm
Monday November 24; 10:00- 12Noon (pack U-Haul truck)
