OCA Connects 2025 Exhibit Show Registration

We are thrilled to be gathering for our annual Exhibit Show, brought to you by Gallagher, at the Hilton Markham Suites Conference Centre on February 13, 2025 from 10:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Early-Bird Registration (Open to OCA Members only):

• Friday, November 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. - Friday, November 22 at 5:00 p.m.

Regular Registration (Open to all)

• Friday, November 22 at 5:00 p.m. - Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

Premium Booths are only available for OCA Members. The last day to register for the conference is Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

In-person/walk-in registration will not be available.

• The opportunity to build brand awareness in the Ontario camps and outdoor education community.
• Breakfast and lunch, along with coffee and tea, are included for all Exhibitors on February 13, 2025.

Booths are 8 ft deep and 10 ft wide and are fully draped. Included is a 6ft table and 2 chairs. Electrical connection is available for each booth - please make sure to select you require electrical when registering.

Due to fire and safety regulations, your display must not extend beyond your booth.

All vendors are expected to purchase insurance for this event. Full details are found in your confirmation email. You can also contact the OCA office for full details at [email protected].

If you are purchasing a Premium booth, please select booths highlighted in yellow when indicating your choices.

Information on when Exhibitors will receive their booth placements is coming soon! Booth placements are subject to change.

Preferential booth placement is given, in the following order, to conference sponsors, OCA Preferred Vendors, and then non-OCA Vendors.

Single Booth registration covers the cost of 2 Exhibitors. Double booth registration covers the cost of 4 Exhibitors. To add additional Exhibitors to your team, please purchase the Exhibitor Pass(es). You can amend your Exhibitor information anytime before registration closes on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

Exhibitors will have access to all Workshops on February 13, 2024. If you are interested in attending Workshops on February 12, please purchase a Day Pass on the page.

If you require offline payment methods (Cheque or E-Transfer), please complete your registration as normal and select the appropriate offline payment option for you at checkout. After completing the online order form, please include your Order Number (#) as a note/memo in your payment. This number can be found under 'Order Summary' in your order confirmation email. Offline payments are due 7 business days after receipt.

In-person/walk-in registration will not be available. All payments must be received by January 24, 2025 if you are paying using offline methods (Cheque or E-Transfer).

If you completed your Membership Renewal by September 30, 2024 you can use your 10% discount for this event. You will receive your discount/promo code via email.

This discount cannot be applied after payment, no refunds will be given. Please do not distribute this code beyond members of your organization. If you have questions about the discount, including if you are eligible, please email [email protected].

Hilton Markham Suites Conference Centre is located in the heart of Markham’s high-tech hub. The hotel has a dedicated conference centre designed to hold meetings and events. The hotel has amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center and space.

It can be reached by local transit, rise-share and taxi services. Close to HWY 404 and HWY 407.

Parking is included in all ticket types. More information about parking passes will be shared with all delegates before the conference.

Breakfast and Lunch along with coffee and tea is included for all Exhibitors. Please indicate any dietary restrictions during your registration process.
