-The Obstacle Challenge will consist of a series of 10 obstacles (which will vary) to be completed within a set time.-The day will start off with scheduled time practice rounds and then move into the judged classes. There is an option for a coach to help you during practice. These spots will be limited and will cost an additional $20.
-The classes will consist of a Lead Line, In-Hand, Beginner (Walk Only), and an Intermediate (W/T/C) Class.
-Each Class will be judged on a combination of obstacle completion (10 pt scale) and time completed (5 min max).
-The goal of the Obstacle is Control, Finesse, and Horsemanship.
-The top 5 spots (highest score) will be awarded Ribbons.
-There will be a year end awards (Neck Ribbon) for riders who complete all 3 Challenges with the best score. There will be a total of 2 awards for High Point Champion & High Point Reserve Champion.
-There will be food & drinks available for purchase.
-You will be allowed to walk the class ON FOOT (no horses) before the judged classes start.
