About this Event

Step into a space designed for those actively exploring out-of-body experiences (OBEs), astral projection, and expanded states of consciousness.

The OBE Mastermind is a session where participants gather to share real experiences, compare techniques, and deepen their understanding of non-physical awareness in a grounded, conversational setting. Whether you’ve had spontaneous OBEs, are actively practicing astral projection, or are refining your ability to shift states of awareness, this session offers a rare opportunity to engage with others who are exploring the same territory.

Each session is guided by Holly Vernon, Outreach Trainer for Monroe Institute. In these sessions we will practice Monroe Institute methodology and utilize Monroe Sound Science or Hemi-Sync audio technology to support your experience.

This is a moderated, focused discussion and group meditation.

What to expect:

• Open discussion of out-of-body experiences and astral projection
• Exchange of techniques, patterns, and personal insights
• Exploration of consciousness beyond the physical body
• A grounded environment to speak openly without dismissal or distortion
• Subtle guidance to keep the conversation clear, relevant, and useful

This space exists for people who already know there is something more and are ready to explore it with others who know it too.

• Individuals with prior OBE or astral projection experiences
• Those practicing lucid dreaming or consciousness exploration
• Anyone interested in developing consistency and clarity in non-physical states

Class duration: 60 mins

Dress: comfortable, loose fitting clothing; socks recommended

Equipment: We provide a blanket, cushions, and a double mat set for each participant to comfortably lay down. Additional support cushions and blankets are available to enhance your comfort if needed.
