[TIME ADJUSTMENT]We invite you to participate in our 8-ball pool chip tournament on April 25th. Here the chips you accumulate represent the losses you can take. Additionally, door prizes courtesy of our sponsors at APA will be awarded. This event is an excellent opportunity for beginners to learn the game and seasoned players to demonstrate their skills.
APA 8 ball Chip Tournament format
$10 buy in.
Starting Lives/chips based on APA rank.
If you don’t have an APA rank, you will be considered a 5.

Late arrivals will be allowed to join until the blind draw for the third round, but we will subtract one Life/Chip for each round missed to that point.
Late signups will be cut once everyone has drawn their matches for round 3.
True APA rules
True Double elimination each round- Race to 2. Lose the round, lose a life/chip. Run out of lives and you’re eliminated from the tournament.
Pay out 1st & 2nd place guaranteed, 3rd place payout with 20+ players.
Top Female pay out with if 3 or more female players.

Each player draws a chip with a number.
(1-4 / first 8 players go to table)
1s play on table 1
2s on table 2
3s on table 3
4s on table 4
Remaining players added to “Next up” list and will go to their assigned table when it’s open.
5s up next on 1
6s up next on 2
7s up next on 3
8s up next on 4.
Up next table assignments continue in this pattern for all remaining players.
When your match is over let us know who lost, and draw chips for table assignments. Your names will be added to the end of the Next Up list for the corresponding table. This will help keep the tables full and things moving.
