DNS-OARC is a non-profit, membership organization that seeks to improve the security, stability, and understanding of the Internet's DNS infrastructure. Part of these aims are achieved through workshops.
DNS-OARC Workshops are open to OARC members and to all other parties interested in DNS operations and research.

Registration Fees:
REMOTE Attendance:
- US$170 (Members within allocation / Speakers)
- US$200 (Others)
IN-PERSON Attendance ( INCLUDES OARC 47 SOCIAL REGISTRATION -1 PER REGISTRATION):
- US$467.50 until Oct 2nd ; US$552.50 thereafter (15% discount applied for Members within allocation /Accepted Speakers)
- US$550 until Oct 2nd ; US$650 thereafter (Others)

To help broaden participation, OARC offers a limited number of fee waivers or discounts for members of under-represented groups and those facing financial hardship. Requests are reviewed individually—please e-mail [email protected] for details.
OARC is a small nonprofit and has limited resources to subsidize free spaces
Funding DNS-OARC Workshops:
We are currently seeking further funding for the workshop. This can be done in various ways:
1) Sponsoring OARC 47
2) Annual Workshop Patronage (in the calendar year 2026)
3) Donation
4) Adding an additional amount to your registration of OARC 47 - by selecting both your "Registration" and the "A Little Extra" options on the registration page.
OARC 47 SOCIAL
We have heard that registering separately for the workshop and social can make the Eventbrite process confusing.
For OARC 47, we are trying a new approach by including social registration as part of the main event registration.
Each in-person attendee may add one free OARC 47 Social ticket to their registration. Space is limited, so please select the social add-on if you plan to attend. This will help us confirm expected attendance.
Tickets for guests or +1s will be available for purchase at the door, subject to space and availability.
