Join us to celebrate oaks and the thousands of ways they support nature in your neighborhood. Nature games, interactive exhibits, oak-tastic crafts and much more. Free oak sapling to first 25 registrants so you can grow habitat at home! Registration limited to 100 people so please call 518-475-0291 to sign up by Monday, September 30. This event is a kickoff event for programming and exhibits that highlight our amazing oaks throughout the month of “Oaktober.”

Thursday, October 24: Outdoors After School Oak Adventure 4:30-5:30pm. Acorn spinning tops, oak-themed games and more! Grades K-5 and a caregiver. Call to register.
Saturday, October 26: The Oak Tree: A Backyard Bonanza at 10am. A program for adult nature enthusiasts who want to learn how they can improve wildlife habitat with a majestic oak at home. Call to register.
