Halloween Costume Parade: Line up at 10:45 a.m. on Isabella Street behind Kwik Fill. Parade begins at 11 a.m. Trick or Treating along the Boulevard from the Oakmont merchants and Fall Festival vendors is AFTER the parade, until 12:30 p.m. There is no Trick or Treating during the parade!
