OAKLAND HOMEBASE HACKATHON

Join us for a free, one-day, in-person build event at HiiiWAV for small businesses, nonprofits, activists, and artists in Oakland and surrounding areas. You do not need to be technical. If you have an idea, a problem you want to solve, or something you want to build for your community, you belong here.

In one day, you’ll learn how to build a simple app with no code, work with a team (or join one on-site), and pitch what you build. At the end of the day, teams will demo and present their projects.

The winner of this hackathon is guaranteed a top 10 spot in the Live Concert + Pitch Competition on April 11, where the top three winners will receive a cash investment ranging from $5,000 to $15,000.

This event is hosted by Kaila Love (The AI Homegirl) in collaboration with powerful partners, including HiiiWAV, the music tech incubator hosting the hackathon, and Co-Founders the Musical.
