Robin Souter is a long term resident artist at Westbury Arts Centre, an experienced teacher and retired Consultant surgeon. He aims to encourage creativity in a relaxed and congenial environment. His guiding Mantra is “Enjoy oils and don’t be afraid to experiment.”
