O: Tour de Claremont and Botanic Gardens

Join us on this 6.5 mile, 400 gain walk thru the City of Trees and Ph.Ds and more.
We'll visit the Village, historic colleges, vintage neighborhoods, then enjoy the spring bloom at California Botanic Garden (www.calbg.org) .
Welll walk at a comfortable pace and finish around 1:00 pm.
This hike will be in two parts:
We begin at the Botanic Garden, buy our tickets, then walk thru some Claremont highlights and return to our cars around 10:30 am.
Next, we"ll enjoy a potluck BYOB brunch/picnic at the tables in the parking lot.
After brunch well slow walk and explore 86 acres of native plant gardens.
Meet at the picnic tables in Botanic Garden parking lot. Gate opens 8am.
Wear comfortable layers/footwear, bring water, cash/card, food item to share and beverage.
Garden admission $6-10.
Group limited to 12 persons (no minors or pets)
