⚡ O-Fest After Dark is BACK! 🌙⭐

O-Fest After Dark is our iconic party, to kick off the semester in style. In Semester 1, we took over Chasers Nightclub on Chapel Street and danced the night away. This year, for Semester 2, we're doing it alllllll over again.

Join us the friday of Week 1 for sick DJs, flashing lights, drinks deals, and electric vibes. Grab your best outfit, lace up your dancing shoes, and get ready. Whether you're meeting your future best friends, catching up with old ones, or just looking for an incredible night out, OFAD is where it all comes together.

Location: Chasers Nightclub, 386 Chapel St South Yarra.

• Can Uber, park, or take public transport for ease of convenience
• Closest ptv is the 78 tram down chapel st; or you're a 10 min walk from Prahran station
• You can also purchase a bus ticket back to campus, when registering for your ticket. Buses will leave the venue at 12.45am sharp, and cannot wait for late passengers unfortunately!

Buses:

• Bus tickets are available to the venue. Buses from Campus will leave from 20 Research Way, 6.15pm, and drop you off at Chasers on Chapel St
• Bus tickets are also available back from the venue. Buses will leave Chapel St at 12.45am, and drop you off back at 20 Research Way
• You can buy these as 'add-ons' when you get your ticket. You'll need to show your ticket + ID.

What to bring:

• Valid form of ID - Australian legal standard; no exceptions
• This is an 18+ event. You must bring a current & valid photo ID - more info here. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry. MSA encourages responsible consumption of alcohol.
• Wear whatever makes you feel good, but must include closed-toed shoes
• Your digital ticket
• Appropriate Monash/MSA+ ID if you've booked these ticket

Accessibility info:

• O-Fest After Dark 2026 at Chasers Nightclub will feature strobe lighting, flashing visuals, loud music, and high-energy crowds.
• There will be limited quiet spaces within the venue, and noise levels will be consistently high throughout the event.
• If you are sensitive to bright lights, loud sounds, or crowded environments, please consider this before attending.
• Earplugs are recommended for those sensitive to noise.
• This event is located in a nightclub on Chapel Street. As such it will be loud, there will be lots of people, please consider this when purchasing a ticket.
• The main room is on ground level; some areas of the nightclub require access by stairs or elevator. Staff will be available to assist

• There will be a quiet space available for use at any time however this space will double as the First Aid area.
• Our wonderful volunteers will be there on the night - look out for MSA Volunteer tees + lanyards

• Gender-neutral bathrooms are available at the venue
