Come and join the Bus Preservation Association of South Australia to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Adelaide O Bahn. Opened on the 2nd March 1986, the O Bahn carried passengers for the first time on "The Fastest Bus in the World". Given an engineering lifespan of only 30 years, O Bahn is still standing and has continued to exceed expectations.
This tour will commence from bus stop T1 Victoria Square at 10am and take you on an historic tour of notable events and achievements of O Bahn over the last 40 years. The tour will conclude by 4pm approx.
The tour will be operated using multiple former O Bahn Buses owned by members of the Bus Preservation Association SA.
