As day and night meet in balance, the Equinox invites us to pause, honour the turning of the seasons, and find harmony within ourselves.Together, Dr. Jennifer Cattermole (taonga pūoro practitioner) and Jasmin Amrita (sound, energy & yoga facilitator) hold space for this ceremony and weave ancient and contemporary sound practices to guide you into a space of balance, renewal, and alignment with the rhythms of nature.
This is an invitation to reset your energy, to clear out the old and plant intentions for your next cycle through:
- Prāṇāyāma (Breathwork): Gentle breathing practices to clear and open the flow of energy.
- Mantra: Vibrational sounds to balance the inner landscape and set the scene for greater clarity.
- Yoga Nidra: A guided meditation journey for deep rest and recalibration.
- Sound Healing: Immersive vibrations from crystal singing bowls, taonga pūoro, and other instruments to support vibrational clearing and awaken presence.
- Creative Flow Work: Space to capture insights or visions revealed during the practice.
