Each Winter Cellar ticket includes:

• 90-minute reserved seating in the downstairs Winter Cellar
• One specialty cocktail from the Winter Cart (zero-proof option available)
• A shared Winter Cellar grazing board at your table
– Cheeses, crackers, nuts, olives/pickles, dried fruit, and a touch of chocolate

Our Winter Cart menu features cozy, made-to-order drinks like a sparkling cranberry–cherry rosemary welcome cocktail, a NYX Old Fashioned, and a zero-proof option built with the same care as our spirits.

Additional cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase throughout your seating via table service.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in at the NYX Lounge. You’re welcome to enjoy a pre-experience drink at the upstairs bar while we put the finishing touches on the Winter Cellar.

We will gather the group and escort everyone downstairs together. When you arrive, you’ll find your grazing boards already set, candles lit, and the Winter Cart ready to roll.

• Seating is limited for an intimate feel.
• All seating is reserved for your 90-minute experience.
• We can accommodate some dietary restrictions on the grazing board with advance notice – please contact us after booking.
• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person, subject to availability.
