Join the NYU Alumni Club in Japan at Dining HARIMAYA a sister restaurant of “Harise”, a famous Kyoto-style kaiseki restaurant in Gion which has been loved since it opened more than 350 years ago. The chef-owner, Morimoto-san, inherited the long tradition of Kyoto-style kaiseki, which his family has preserved, and added a modern interpretation, creating beautifully plated dishes with seasonal elements that can be savored with both the eyes and the palate. His knack for finding rare sake is apparent in the long drinks menu.
Please be sure to buy your ticket ahead of time as there is a limit of 12 seats. The event will take place as a seated dinner for a small group. Drinks are not included.
