NYSCC strongly encourages all eligible meeting participants to be vaccinated prior to traveling to in-person programs or meetings. I will take necessary precautions while at the event including, but not limited to, following all state and local regulations and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). I agree to not attend any NYSCC program or meeting if I feel ill, had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case or have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
