The New York State Association of Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic & Asian Legislators, Inc. (the Association) warmly invites you to our 54th Annual Legislative Conference, taking place February 14-16, 2025, in Albany, New York. This impactful weekend will bring together elected officials, business leaders, advocates and community members for discussions, networking, and celebration of our heritage.
