Osunlade:

Embodying the spirit of classic African-American soul music, re-imagined in both a contemporary and futuristic Deep House and Afro-House format, Osunlade continues to inspire dance music lovers around the world- both DJ's and punters, alike.
Having commenced his music career as a composer for Sesame Street music in his childhood years, then moving to L.A during the halcyon days of 80's pop, working with a range of music stars in his role as producer resulting in Grammy Award winners such as Pattie LaBelle not to mention others. Thereafter, realising his passion in the 90's for house music and becoming a word wide leading DJ and releasing on elite labels such as Defected Records along with many others. Retaining a deep love and penchant for soul music, especially in a live setting, when not touring as a DJ, Osunlade tours around Europe on a an annual basis with the Yoruba Soul Orchestra in his role as group's lead singer.
His influence in the global music industry has been reenforced once again in recent times with the global emergence of Afro-House as a leading dance music genre, a sound Osunlade has been widely acknowledged as one of the key pioneers of along with other luminaries such as Louis Vega and Black Coffee, both as a DJ/Producer as well as record label owner though his Yoruba Records catalogue.

For those that know him, Osunlade resembles the free spirit in all of us, living a lifestyle that perfectly blends music, culture, positive message, and the importance of family and friends, in a time where such qualities seem more desired and relevant than ever.
