Relax this New years Eve with a beautiful Yin class hosted by Emma, this is a one off event and is taking place earlier than the usual Yin class.
Yin yoga is a gentle practice that invites you to slow down and find stillness. We’ll hold passive postures for several minutes to target the deep connective tissues of the body.
This practice helps to increase flexibility, cultivate a meditative state, and find deep relaxation. This class is perfect if you need an hour to tune into your body and find some calm. Suitable for all levels.
