SAVE THE DATEWe haven't done this for over a year, but you guys have been asking for it. So this is your official notice that we're delivering something a little special for New Year's Eve 2025... KÖLSCH SERVICE!
For those who haven't experienced it, Kölsch service is a unique beer drinking experience that originates in Cologne, Germany. Small "Stangen" of beer are served full of beautiful, light, crispy Kölsch one at a time. Drink at your own pace; once empty, your Stange will be replaced with another full one by a server carrying a "Kranz" of fresh Kölsch. No need to order another, new Stangen are served until you place your coaster over your glass. This signals that you are ready to settle your tab.
We're still figuring out all the details. On NYE, though, there will be Kölsch. Lots and lots of delicious Kölsch.
