The Hal & Mal's New Year's Eve Catfish Ball is back! The catfish and Hal & Mal’s are a Jackson tradition for New Year’s Eve. For years we have brought you the Krystal Ball and the Mississippi Catfish Drop and this year we are continuing with our mash up of the Hal & Mal’s New Year’s Eve Catfish Ball. The night will be a venue wide event with reservations for cocktails and bar snacks in the Walk-In and a set 3-course dinner in the dining room.
Dinner will be followed by a New Year’s Eve party complete with music, entertainment, drinks and Southern Komfort Brass Band ringing you into the New Year with a guest appearance by the iconic crystal catfish at midnight.
Tickets can be purchased for the 3-course New Year's Eve Dinner, the Catfish Ball party afterwards, or both.
Reservations for the New Year's Eve Dinner will be live Friday, December 6 on Resy.

Be a part of this New Year’s Eve tradition of live music, fun entertainment, a photo booth, quirky characters and our beloved NYE icon - the Mississippi Catfish. Music and entertainment will begin at 8 in the Red Room and continue into the night complete with a complimentary champagne toast to ring in 2024.
Catfish Ball VIP Experience - $75
Did someone say bottomless champagne? Be a Hal & Mal’s VIP with the VIP experience to ring in the New Year. VIP tickets will include a dedicated VIP section, bottomless champagne from the VIP champagne bar, tickets for a snack at our late night food window, and fun New Year’s Eve swag. VIP tickets are limited.
