• Catering by Tony & Penny's from Ludlow featuring:
🦞 Lobster Table
🐖 Leitão (Roast Pig)
Appetizers: Lobster table, octopus salad, chicken wings, charcuterie of fruits, cheeses and meats, shrimp Mozambique, codfish cakes
Dinner: Bacalhau a Lisboa and Bife a Madeira, served with rice, roasted potatoes, salad, chicken soup, and fresh bread
Desert: Variety of pastries, coffee and tea
Midnight Buffet: Oven-roasted suckling pig (Leitão), proscuitto sandwiches, caldo verde and king cake
• Open bar until 9:00 PM offering wine, beer, hard seltzers, soda and water. During cocktail hour, appetizer spirits such as Beirao and Martini will also be complimentary. Let's not forget about the champagne for the ball drop!
