Begin your New Year with the Yoga(mmunity) Tribe as we move and breathe together setting our intentions for how we would like to feel and how we want to show up in life for this new year.
We will begin with a Metta meditation moving into a 1hour all-levels heart-felt yoga class. Followed by custom made just-for-us burrito recipes prepared by Robert Rust Foods a.k.a. The Burrito Guy.

Bring all those read and even some unread books you've been holding on to for years to donate to the Purple Honeybee Bookmobile
The Purple Honeybee's Mission: provide the community with greater access to reasonably priced books while growing children's home libraries, one free book at a time. They work directly with Title 1 schools and non-profits accepting ALL donated books - children and adult. The sales from adult books go towards buying more children's books.
