This page is for those developers who want to secure a place at the NYC Indie Dev Night at BrookLAN, once you purchase your spot, you're in!

If you haven't, please fill out THIS FORM to let us know about you, your game, and what hardware you may need at BrookLAN. If you do not fill this out correctly, we may not be able to accommodate you properly.

This is for digital and tabletop games!

• BrookLAN opens at 5pm, you can come and load in anytime, we like to have everyone set up, and ready by 6:30, but understand some devs may run late due to work, transit or general chaos. That is okay! Arrive when you can, and we will get you set up. No stress.
• Tables are first come, first served.
• You can leave anytime you need to. You can also stay as long as you want after the event - BrookLAN is open until 1pm.
• You can bring anyone you'd like to work your table with you, at no additional cost. Bring as many people as you would like.
• Wifi is "upupdowndown" no caps
• You may bring signage and decorations for your table to advertise your game/studio - we encourage it.
• Please bring your own controllers if possible; house controllers are for other BrookLAN guests and will be in short supply.
• Yes, you can eat and drink at your table. We encourage you to enjoy yourself - BrookLAN has delicious offerings.
• BrookLAN is not responsible for anything lost or stolen; BrookLAN is a secure spot but we want everyone to be mindful as it gets busy. You can ask at someone from Playcrafting to watch your table if you need to step away.
• BrookLAN and Playcrafting have a no-harassment policy. Zero tolerance. Anyone harassing anyone for any reason will be removed. We work together as a community to keep developer and community spaces safe for everyone.
