About this Event

We will have Yoga led by Nya Ross, a mother and founder of In Flow With Nya accompanied by Pomskies to play with and enjoy during and after the yoga provided by BiZ, owner of Pomsky Therapy, who will have puppies for sale at the event for a exclusive event pricing, following the yoga there will a recovery experience provided by Health POD which includes infrared sauna, ice vest therapy, compression boots, decompression tables, vibration plates, & zero-gravity massage chairs.

Available before and after the event, Café 42 will be offering for purchase tastings of their new and amazing iced coffee, matcha, & lemonade!
