The class will be Sunday at 2 pm. The address will be provided after you confirm privately.Please send a Zeille or Venmo to 619 884 1518 for 60.
The class will cover 2 styles of pizza. The NY authentic style pizza as well as the square Grandma style. All of the equipment needed will be covered as well as the recipes and secrets.
We will go step by step and show how to create the dough from start to finish and taste some great pizzas
Please bring whatever beverages you enjoy to the class as some drink alcohol and others dont.
Take notes as there is a lot of information
After taking the class you will be able to make better pizza than anywhere in town and depending on what ingredients you use can cost as little as 5 bucks a pizza
You can be the pizza guru if you throw your own parties and wow friends and families
All I ask is that you arrive early or on time and have fun in class as everyone that has taken it has thoroughly enjoyed it
