Poljan Properties is fundraising for The New York Cares Coat Drive!

Since 1988, NY Cares has given more than 2 million coats - making our city a warmer place one coat at a time.

This is our 10th year helping to keep our fellow New Yorkers warmer.

Join us for hot cocoa and a good cause 🧥☕

On Saturday, December 7, from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, we will gather at the Poljan Properties office in Ditmas Park, located at 1207 Cortelyou Rd to collect coats and enjoy a warm cup of hot cocoa.

Whether you have extra coats lying around or wish to purchase new ones, every contribution is greatly appreciated. Your generosity will directly impact the lives of those who need it most.

Let's come together and spread warmth and kindness this winter season. Join us at the NY Cares Coat Drive and make a difference in someone's life.

If you are unable to donate a coat, a donation of $25 will supply a coat and help fight food insecurities, but any amount helps.
