NWMF & MCCD Policy and Advocacy Training - Northwest, Minnesota

MCCD is returning to Northwest Minnesota for our second annual Policy & Advocacy Training in partnership with the Northwest Minnesota Foundation! We hope that we can help bring resources to our partners and peers across Minnesota to help community developers and adjacent fields feel more confident and comfortable participating in the advocacy process by sharing stories and advocating for increased investments.

Tentative Agenda:

9:30am - 9:45am – Check-in, Networking, Coffee & Flex Time

9:45am-10:15am - Introductions & Overview

10:15am -11:30am – Developing an Elevator Pitch & Zoom Testimony Practice

11:30am -12:00pm – Guest Lawmakers

12:30pm -1:00pm – Lunch
